Chafing Dish Large
In order to keep your food warm after preparing it so that it can be eaten while still fresh, you need to have a chafing dish. The chafing dish could be used at the table for keeping food warm on a buffet. Double dishes that provide a protective water jacket are also known as bain-marie (which we also have) and help keep delicate foods, such as fish, warm while preventing overcooking. Gel burners are used for heating the chafing dish
