The 2.5 ton is the biggest excavator in the Ashburton U-Hire fleet suitable for medium earthmoving jobs and goes almost anywhere, works proficiently in tight, narrow areas, section clearing or digging drainage and cable trenches. Deep digging depth. Compact zero tail swing mini excavator goes where the bigger excavators can’t and work simply against walls or buildings. Choices of bucket widths include 250mm, 300mm, 400mm, 1m cleaning bucket. The excavators come with their purpose-built tandem trailer that can be hooked behind our tip trucks if needed.
They are fitted with rubber tracks. (Must have 3500kg rated tow bar)
