Ashburton U-hire have a range of rigid, short flex or long flex concrete vibrators which are an essential part of a concrete pour for foundations etc. Either electric or petrol there is one to suit most applications. Concrete vibrators are a must for creating a vibration in “wet” concrete.
The electric, or petrol concrete vibrators are easy to use. These vibrations cause the mixture to liquefy, reducing the internal friction of the mix components of cement, aggregate, and water. This ensures that enough concrete gets into every little nook and cranny and eliminates voids. Additionally, the vibrations and liquefaction help to remove air bubbles, bringing moisture to the surface, which allows for more natural floating/finishing of the slab.
