Rollers and compactors expel air from a soil mass, to achieve a high density. Smooth-wheel rollers are best for gravels, sands, and gravels-and-clay soils with reasonably high moisture contents. Our 300 kg reversible roller is ideal for lawns, pushing down any small stones or little wheel ruts that are still present on the top, it can be vibrating or not.
